1. Welcome to Ethereal Beauty
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services booked with Ethereal Beauty, operated by Agnes Dullo in Bognor Regis. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings are automatically confirmed once submitted, however I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my policy or availability.
A booking fee (a percentage of your service total) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your final balance.
Certain services require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment. If a consultation is required, you will be notified and must complete it prior to your visit. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being postponed or cancelled.
3. Patch Tests
For your safety, patch tests are required for certain services including lash and brow treatments, PMU (Permanent Makeup), and any treatments involving dyes or chemicals that may cause allergic reactions.
Patch tests must be carried out at least 48 hours before your scheduled treatment. It is your responsibility to attend a patch test appointment or arrange one in advance.
If you have not had a patch test, or if a reaction occurs during the patch test, your treatment may be refused for safety reasons. This is to protect your health and wellbeing.
No refunds will be given for appointments cancelled due to a failed or missed patch test.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.
No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will forfeit the full booking fee and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
5. Payment
Full payment for your service is due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and bank transfer.
Any outstanding balances must be settled before leaving the appointment.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty and wellness services, refunds are not offered for completed treatments.
If you have any concerns about your service, please speak to me during or immediately after your appointment so I can address them.
7. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, let me know as soon as possible.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delays for other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply.
8. Health & Safety
Please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if I believe it may not be safe or suitable for you.
For treatments at my home salon or rented space, I maintain a clean and hygienic environment in line with industry standards.
9. Your Data & Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
I collect and store only the information necessary to provide my services and communicate with you about your bookings.
Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Liability
While I take every care to provide safe, high-quality services, I am not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes if you have failed to disclose relevant medical information, skipped a required patch test, or not followed aftercare advice.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate information and understand any risks associated with your chosen treatment.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available at the time of booking.
